I found the cutest little bird ever!it feel form my roof this morning helpless and it tried to fly many times....but failed as it is hurt and scared...I asked my dad and the internet what to do.....They all said put it back where it dropped but our house is seriously full with cats as my neighbor's a cat person...and this birds parents can't come down from their nest at my roof as this sort of birds don't do that very often....We went to the animal kingdom shop and my dad hoped the boss in the shop(not employee)would accept it as it is hard to raise a little cute bird that doesn't know how to eat yet....so he did accept it so we thanked him and left....I miss that cute little bundle of joy so much!!!!!It kept using it's wing to spray the milk i gave it on me!!LOL,not something like that happens everyday...I feel so good i saved a life to day.....he he he~ I remember.....the time i also found a little black crane and a tortoise(one at a time)in my house surroundings...LOL,I sold the turtle for RM20 online and the little crane's mama eventually came to pick her up when i left her at the back yard......cute!!!Not the tortoise!I have no idea how did it get there(the tortoise).weird....maybe a stroke of luck?Dunno la.....

World's Smallest Fish Lives In Acid

This is one of the strangest fish that I've seen in my whole career", said Ralf Britz, zoologist at the Natural History Museum. No wonder—it's the smallest fish ever discovered. Measuring 7.9mm long and a member of the Carp family, Paedocypris progenetica is the world's tiniest vertebrate.

Found living in a forest swamp on the Indonesian island of Sumatra, the minute creature lives in conditions previously thought to be uninhabitable due to high acidity levels of up to pH3. This is 100 times more acidic than rainwater. Remarkably, further research has indicated that many more species have made homes there.

Fish experts Maurice Kottelat of Switzerland and Tan Heok Hui from the Raffles Museum of Biodiversity Research in Singapore were working with colleagues from Indonesia and with Kai-Erik Witte from the Max Planck Institute in Germany when they stumbled upon the fish. Their paper states, "Paedocypris has many 'larval' features typically associated with paedomorphic fish (e.g. narrow frontals that leave the brain unprotected dorsally by bone and a precaudal larval-fin-fold) but, uniquely among fishes, males also possess highly modified pelvic fins with hypertrophied muscles and a keratinised pad in front of the pelvic girdle, which, we hypothesize, function together as a clasping or holding device, thereby suggesting an unusual reproductive mode."

Paedocypris progenetica has a reduced head skeleton leaving its brain unprotected by bone and has the appearance of larvae, as though it has not been fully matured. It was a fortunate find in 1997 amongst Indonesian peat swamps, which had been damaged by forest fires, increased logging, agriculture and urbanisation. It is possible that species similar to this tiny fish have already been lost and the future of its survival is still not definite due to their very survival now being dependant on highly acidic conditions. Although they can survive through extreme drought due to their small size, having sought refuge in the last puddles of the swamp, they are now threatened by continual and widespread forest destruction and drainage of the peat swamps for palm oil plantations.

Paedocypris sustain their small bodies by feeding on plankton at the bottom of pools. The fish have few adult characteristics in order to maintain a reduced size. The females have just enough room to carry a few eggs and the males have very little bony protection over the brain. The males have a tiny clasp underneath their bodies that may help them fertilise eggs individually.

The previous record for smallest vertebrate was held by an 8mm-species of Indo Pacific goby. The UK's smallest fish is the marine Guillet's goby, Lebetus guilleti , reaching 24 mm in length.

I graduated today in most awesome way ever!~the best performance,the old school songs,the greatest food and my class shining like god's halo!!Anthony rocked out being MJ!! when he got the biggest reaction form the crowd...LOL~so fun,so happy ah~leaving my friends-so sad too,but today was a miracle at crown square!I love today!Memorable to the last day of my life!~my teacher was right,this day is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My marathon

Marathon ah today!~go up up up and down down down....then,i went up up up and i went down down down...then i stopped at the canteen to eat...and i went up up up and i went down down down.....LOL~chasing my UPSR results are so very tiring~LOL,ha ha ha ha.....so sweaty and tired........lol,so stupid ah me...go so far and long.....at ,last for nothing and got the results at class~SH**!!!!!!

Lightning

One night,lightning was loud and came in my house and shocked my fish and it's oxygen provider to hell,my fish alive but sad.....(air less liao)it's oxygen provider you ask??well,let's just say he's having tea with the grim reaper..

Graduation

The graduation dance competition......

Boo hoooo~ we lost the dance competition 100% liao.....so sad.....lost liao.....my dad still cheer me up by saying he proud of me and my group for trying without any one's help and that it is hard to even come up with so much in such short notice.....aw....still losers to me......The sorry sorry group got such a cool costume man!!the shuffle group was (i think)thought by a black man pro. dance teacher,how i suspected? i heard a black man's voice after the video they shot on facebook at the end!LOL,clever right? ha ha~~well,all we have to do now is just wish the other groups luck! and our class MJ#2,Anthony will do his best.....Good luck to all......huh...~~ ;(
